By creating a sacred and safe environment she can explore the challenges and joys that lie before her, as she approaches bringing new life into this world.

The difference between adult yoga and yoga for children is that YogaKids brings yoga to life for children with sound and movement and poses designed just for them. It adds elements of fun, imagination and warmth which draw children in… for example, the downward facing dog pose is modified by adding puppy paws, wagging tails and barking.
