I am a successful coach, facilitator and empowerment advocate. I
continue to work at having balance in my life and I aspire to do
more in this world.
Originally from Australia and now living in Hong Kong, I am a qualified
Adult Educator, Certified Soul Coach, Certified Past Life Coach,
Goddess Facilitator and Reiki Master.
My business, The
Modern Goddess has evolved over time and evolved out of a passion
to help women become empowered and inspired. My aim is to provide
women with the tools and resources that help them discover their
inner goddess; their personal power.
Over the years I have participated in channeling and meditation
workshops, attended weekends that honour the divine feminine, studied
tarot, auras, chakras, and energy healing. I continue to participate
in workshops as I believe learning is a life long process.
I worked in the corporate world before becoming a small business
owner. My background is Learning & Development with 15 years
of experience ranging from computer training to human resource development
and change management.
I have co-written a guided writing journal and co-recorded the companion
guided meditation CD, Journal
for the Modern Goddess. I am also learning to paint using mixed-media
and starting to get back into my beading. Being creative helps me
keep balance in my life.
The Modern Goddess continues to develop and grow, just as we all
do while walking our own path.
